FAQ

  • For all custom artwork, approval photos are sent prior to delivery. The client must approve the artwork prior to completion of the original art​.

  • If any item was damaged during shipping, please submit all photos of the exterior packaging and damaged item, we will resolve the issue.

  • There are no returns accepted for artwork that is already created and purchased online. However, exchanges may occur if the work is unsatisfactory.

  • I strive to make all of my clients happy with their purchase. If anything falls short of that, please let me know.
